Seville is the perfect city for rooftop cocktails with mild weather and stunning views. Discover the TOP 5 rooftop bars in Seville, Spain!
Seville is one of the most beautiful cities in Spain, if not all of Europe. If you’ve read my other Spain blog posts, you'll already know how highly I recommend this city to others. So much so I strongly argue that it should be one of the first priorities on your itinerary.
Since you’ve come to this post I can assume that you're planning to visit Seville. I can guarantee you will love Southern Spain and will be so glad you added Seville to your itinerary. Rooftop cocktails are a must in this colorful city with the warm weather and spectacular views. After multiple visits, I've been able to scout out the best rooftop bars in Seville, Spain.
If you have limited time, focus on the first three Seville rooftop bars
The first three of these Seville rooftop bars are within walking distance to each other and close to the cathedral, one of the most beautiful sights in the city. You could easily visit all three during one night of “bar hopping” if you have limited time in Seville.
These Seville bars do get crowded, so the earlier you get there the better. I highly recommend going before sunset. You'll want to make sure you snag a good spot to take in the evening display of colors. Stay as it gets dark and watch as the Seville Cathedral is lit in a golden glow from the lights below. It's a moment you will be sure to remember.
1. TERRACE PURA VIDA – HOTEL FONTECRUZ SEVILLE
My favorite rooftop bar in Seville! A great mix of stellar views, decent prices, lots of seating, and a chill Boho vibe.
Terrace Pura Vida is one of my favorite rooftop bars in Seville. It has a very relaxed and bohemian vibe. The terrace floor is covered in turf and the tables and chairs are an array of colors in distressed wood. The back wall lined with cushioned benches is the perfect spot to chill with your cocktail.
There are two areas for patrons to hang out. The main bar is open to all visitors. The pool, named the Beach Club SLOW, is open to hotel guests and outside guests willing to pay a fee.
11:00 am to 3:00 pm is €30, 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm is €40, and 11:00 am to 8:00 pm is €70. This is a great option if you booked an AirBnB or hotel that doesn’t have a pool with an incredible view like this. Pre-booking is essential for the Beach Club SLOW.
Terraza Pura Vida offers a small tapas menu if you get hungry and will often have live music and performances.

2. La Terraza del Eme – Hotel Eme Catedral
One of the most popular rooftop bars in Seville and the closest to the cathedral
La Terraza del Eme at Hotel Eme is probably one of the most popular rooftop bars in Seville. It’s the closest bar to the cathedral, which makes for a pretty impressive experience. The panoramic views of the city are some of the best.
The location and the fact that this is a hotel bar means high prices. Cocktails are a steep €15. The best option is to order a glass of wine (limited selection) for €7. See the complete menu here.
Keep in mind that most rooftop bars will be more expensive since you are essentially paying for the view. It’s a euro well spent in my opinion as the experience and views are beyond special.
There are 2 rooftop bar areas. The one closest to the cathedral obviously fills up the quickest, but the bar behind it is a fine alternative, or even preferable if you’d like something a little less crowded.
Don’t worry if you’re visiting during the cooler months. Hotel Eme brings out plenty of heaters to keep patrons warm while enjoying the view. Try to visit on a Friday or Saturday when they have a DJ spinning trendy beats.

3. La Terraza Hotel Dona Maria
One of the best rooftop bars in Seville for a super casual vibe and decent prices
Hotel Dona Maria is the last Seville rooftop bar on this list that is right by the cathedral. The atmosphere is extremely casual and a little more affordable with cocktails between €10 and €12 and wine for €4.50.
The views aren’t as good as Terraza Pura Vida or Hotel Eme because they are partly obstructed by surrounding rooftops. You do get a nice view of La Giralda tower. The pool area is exclusively for hotel guests, which means the small bar area open to the public fills up quickly.

4. La Terraza Hotel Inglaterra
One of the best rooftop bars in Seville for a Posh vibe
La Terraza is located about 5 minutes from the cathedral in Plaza Nueva. It’s a good option if you want something less crowded than the Seville rooftop bars located right next to the cathedral.
The décor is modern and posh with turf flooring and bright white tables and chairs. The retractable roof and heaters make this a year-round rooftop bar in Seville. Cocktails are around €10 and a small tapas menu is available.
*Children are only allowed if you are staying at the hotel. No kids are allowed past 10:00 pm
5. Gourmet Experience Duque
The best rooftop bar in Seville for families and plenty of food options
Gourmet Experience Duque is located in the El Corte Ingles department store and the perfect option if you want a wide selection of food. This Seville rooftop bar is actually part of a large food market. Grab some tapas, desserts, or a complete meal from the vendors inside and then head to the terrace for wonderful views of the city below.
Gourmet Experience Duque is further from the cathedral than the other rooftop bars so the views aren’t quite as spectacular, but it is very convenient if you have kids in tow as it’s very casual. This is also a great option if you're looking for a rooftop lunch.
In Summary
These are without a doubt the BEST rooftop bars in Seville. I hope this post helps point you in the right direction for a memorable night sipping cocktails and enjoying some spectacular views. Try one or all five and let me know which ended up being your favorite!
