Seville is the perfect city for rooftop cocktails with mild weather and stunning views. Discover the five best rooftop bars in Seville, Spain!
Seville is one of the most beautiful cities in Spain if not all of Europe. If you’ve read my other Spain blog posts, you'll already know how highly I recommend this city to others.
The mix of cultures, friendliness of the locals, walkability, mouthwatering tapas and sangria, and affordability make Seville a gem.
Rooftop cocktails are a must in this colorful city with its warm weather and spectacular views. After six visits and counting, I've had plenty of time to discover the best rooftop bars in Seville to share with you!

If you have limited time, focus on the first three Seville rooftop bars
The first three rooftop bars are walking distance from each other and close to the cathedral, one of the most beautiful sights in the city. You could easily visit all three during one night of “bar hopping” if you have limited time in Seville.
These Seville rooftop bars do get crowded. So either make reservations or arrive early.
I highly recommend going before sunset. You'll want to make sure you snag a good spot to take in the evening display of colors. Stay as it gets dark and watch as the Seville Cathedral is lit in a golden glow from the lights below. It's a moment you'll be sure to remember.
1. Querencia de Sevilla - Rooftop Terrace (7th floor)
My new favorite rooftop bar in Seville! Currently a hidden gem as the hotel just recently opened.
The rooftop terrace at the new Querencia de Sevilla Marriott hotel is stellar. The views are probably the best out of all the rooftop bars.
I appreciate how the tables are spread out so everyone gets an equally nice view.
If you want to feel like you've found a hidden gem, this Seville rooftop bar is it. The hotel just opened. I stayed here in October 2022 and can confirm this hotel exceeded all expectations. Querencia de Sevilla is one of the best places to stay in Seville and I highly recommend it.
Because the hotel is new, not many people know about it. The rooftop hasn't been heavily advertised, especially since it was only open to hotel guests in the beginning.
There are limited tables, so you must book in advance.
The prices are typical of what you would find with the other rooftop bars in Seville. €15 to €17 for cocktails. €5 to €9 for wine and sangria.
2. Terrace Pura Vida - Hotel Los Seises Sevilla
One of the best rooftop bars in Seville for a mix of stellar views, decent prices, lots of seating, and a chill Boho vibe
Terrace Pura Vida exudes a relaxed, bohemian vibe. It's very popular and always seems to be busy.
While this is one of the larger rooftop bars in Seville with several seating areas, I still recommend you book in advance.
Live concerts and Flamenco shows are often performed on the rooftop. Be sure to check out their website and see what's on the calendar. Pre-booking is essential for these events.
As far as prices go, this is one of the more affordable spots with cocktails starting at €11.
3. La Terraza del Eme – Hotel Eme Catedral
One of the most popular rooftop bars in Seville and the closest to the cathedral
La Terraza del Eme at Hotel Eme is probably one of the most popular rooftop bars in Seville. It’s the closest bar to the cathedral, which makes for a pretty impressive experience. The panoramic views of the city are some of the best.
The location and the fact that this is a hotel bar means high prices. Cocktails are a steep (for Seville) €15. The best option is to order a glass of wine (limited selection) for €7. See the complete menu here.
Keep in mind that most rooftop bars will be more expensive since you are essentially paying for the view. It’s a euro well spent in my opinion as the experience and views are beyond special.
There are 2 rooftop bar areas. The one closest to the cathedral obviously fills up the quickest, but the bar behind it is a fine alternative, or even preferable if you’d like something a little less crowded.
Don’t worry if you’re visiting during the cooler months. Hotel Eme brings out plenty of heaters to keep patrons warm while enjoying the view.
Try to visit on a Friday or Saturday when they have a DJ spinning trendy beats.

4. La Terraza Hotel Dona Maria
One of the best rooftop bars in Seville for a super casual vibe and decent prices
Hotel Dona Maria is the last Seville rooftop bar on this list that is right by the cathedral. The atmosphere is extremely casual and a little more affordable with cocktails between €11 and €14 and wine for €5.
The views aren’t as good as Querencia de Seville, Terraza Pura Vida, or Hotel Eme because surrounding rooftops partly obstruct them. You do get a nice view of La Giralda Tower.
The pool area is exclusively for hotel guests, which means the small bar area open to the public fills up quickly.
5. La Terraza del Hotel Inglaterra
One of the best rooftop bars in Seville for a Posh vibe
La Terraza del Hotel Inglaterra is located about 5 minutes from the cathedral in Plaza Nueva. It’s a good option if you want something less crowded than the Seville rooftop bars located right next to the cathedral.
The décor is modern and the layout is spacious. It feels less crowded/tight than some of the other rooftops.
The retractable roof and heaters make this a year-round rooftop bar in Seville.
Cocktails start at €14 and wine is around €4. A small tapas menu is available if you need something to nibble on.
*Children are only allowed if you are staying at the hotel. No kids are allowed past 10:00 pm
Honorable Mention - abba The Roof Giralda
One of the best rooftop bars in Sevilla for sprawling city views
Located just around the corner from Las Setas de Seville (the mushroom-shaped wooden structure), abba offers a modern rooftop with both indoor and outdoor seating.
It's a bit farther from the cathedral than the rooftops listed above. So while you won't get that "close-up" of the cathedral, you'll still enjoy sweeping views of Seville with the cathedral in the distance.
Abba offers a full menu of tapas, mains, wines, cocktails, and beers. Wines start at €4 and cocktails start at €10.
Honorable Mention - Gourmet Experience Duque
The best rooftop bar in Seville for families and plenty of food options
Gourmet Experience Duque is located in the El Corte Ingles department store and the perfect option if you want a wide selection of food and something ultra-casual.
This Seville rooftop bar is actually part of a large food market. Grab some tapas, desserts, or a complete meal from the vendors inside and then head to the terrace.
Gourmet Experience Duque is further from the cathedral than the other rooftop bars so the views are just OK.
It's a convenient option if you have kids in tow as it’s very casual. This is also a great option if you're looking for a rooftop lunch.
In Summary
These are without a doubt the BEST rooftop bars in Seville. I hope this post points you in the right direction for a memorable night sipping cocktails and enjoying a spectacular sunset.
Try one or all five and let me know which were your favorites!
